Q. How do you charge for you services?

A. Our rates are based on Time and Materials.

Q. Do you have fixed pricing or charge by the truck load like some other moving companies?

A. Yes, but our pricing structure is even better! Other moving companies will give you a fixed price for the job or a truck load price but there are problems with either choice: No matter what you are told, everything is based on labor hours. When you receive a fixed price for a job, all the workers are going to be moving as quickly as possible in order to complete your job and move on to the next customer. This causes them to be careless with your belongings and possibly damage your furniture.

While truck load pricing may sound attractive on the surface, beware! The movers will be working quickly and may not handle your furniture with care. Secondly, they will not load the truck properly or to capacity which will cause you to pay for a second truck load!

Q. So, how do your Fixed Price services work?

A. When we come out to give you an estimate you will receive our "Not To Exceed Price". What this means is your rate is still based on an hourly rate but we promise the cost of your job will not exceed the estimated amount quoted. So you will know exactly what the possible maximum cost for your move will be. If we use fewer materials or finish the job sooner then estimated, your cost will be less than originally quoted. (Per truck load pricing is available on request.)

Q. Are your rates the cheapest in the area?

A. That's a good question. While we strive to maintain a fair and reasonable pricing structure to our customers, we might not be the cheapest guys in town or the most expensive. What we do offer for our rates is quality services with professional labor to carefully pack and handle your belongings without damage.

Q. Do you use "Day Labor"?

A. Absolutely NOT ! 97% of our workers have been with us for at least 9 months to more than 3 years!

Q. Who does your packing and moving?

A. While we believe in equal opportunity, we utilize women for our packing and cleaning services because we have found them to be careful and detail-oriented.

And we leave the moving and loading of your boxes and heavy furniture to our experienced movers.
